In April 2023, the US International Trade Commission again ordered to seize and forfeit containers of infringing SPC products, this time imported by a company from Toronto. Four months ago, the US ITC also publicly seized products that violate the General Exclusion Order regarding Unilin’s click SPC patents.

Both wall systems offer a quick and easy solution to mount locking panels to a wall without glue while still allowing them to expand. The system uses the high performing Unilin locking systems. With these technologies, laminate and SPC products can be applied to different walls types without any specialized tools.
