Digital structuring

To match the surface feel with its visual appearance, a lifelike texture is added directly on top of the printed décor, no embossing cylinders or texturing foils required. This texture also acts as a durable wear layer. Protecting the product against scratches and wear.

Using negative digital structuring technology, the surface texture is created by first adding, selective curing and afterwards removing  material in order to create precise embossed-in-register patterns.
